Accessing a Shared Mailbox Via the Outlook Web Client (2023)
The following directions will show you how to open an additional mailbox that you have been given access to using the web interface.
- Click on your profile picture, then click on "Open another mailbox".
- Type in the email address of the mailbox you have access to.
- Confirm it is the email you want to open and click "Open".

The mailbox will open in a new browser tab. If it does not open, then you do not have permission to the mailbox.

Please contact
IT Support if you should have permission.

You will not be
able to add additional email accounts unless you have been given permissions to
the email account from either the account owner or an Administrator.
