Adding a Shared Mailbox to your Outlook Web Client (2023)
If you need regular access to a shared mailbox, and you are
using Outlook on the Web, follow the instructions below to add it to your
Outlook view.
- Right click on "Folders" and select "Add Shared folder or
Mailbox".
- Start typing the email address you are trying to access.
Select the account and click "Add".
- The
added email account will appear at the bottom of your Outlook tree, on the left
under your inbox similar to the example below.
You will not be
able to add additional email accounts unless you have been given permission to
the email account from either the account owner or an Administrator.
