Outlook Signature: Phone & Tablet (iPhone,iPad and Android)
Step 1:
Open the Outlook app on your phone or tablet (iPhone/iPad or Android).
Sign into your ABWE account, if prompted.
Step 2:
Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the upper left corner.
Step 3:
Tap the gear icon (⚙️) located in the bottom left corner to access settings.
Step 4:
Tap the box labeled "Signature."
Step 5:
Keep in mind that mobile signatures are more limited than on a computer.
We do not recommend using images, as they often appear broken in emails.
You can either copy the provided signature and customize the details, or create a similar one by typing it manually.
